These Terms of Service apply when you visit, use or make a purchase from the Crafted Gift House website. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our products

Crafted Gift House creates handcrafted and hand-embellished artworks. Because each piece is handmade and not mass-produced, small variations in texture, resin, stones, glass, embellishment placement, colour and finish are natural and form part of the character of the artwork.

Artwork appearance can also vary depending on lighting, viewing angle, surrounding colours and screen settings. We recommend reviewing all available photographs, videos, measurements and product information before purchasing.

Prices and shipping

Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are for the artwork only.

Shipping is not included in the listed artwork price and is payable by the purchaser. Shipping costs depend on the destination, packed size and weight of the artwork, and the delivery service used. Our Shipping Guide provides indicative information only.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other local charges that may apply in their destination country.

Orders and availability

Many Crafted Gift House pieces are one-of-a-kind or available only in very limited quantities. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance until the order has been successfully processed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where an item is no longer available, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.

Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods made available at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers.

Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather or other disruptions.

Please ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Where signature on delivery is used, someone may need to be available to receive the parcel.

Returns, damage and faults

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

If an artwork arrives damaged or appears to have a fault, please follow the timeframes and instructions in our Returns & Refunds Policy, including retaining the packaging and providing clear photographs where requested.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Hanging and installation

Where hanging materials or instructions are supplied, customers are responsible for ensuring that the wall surface, installation method and placement are suitable for the artwork and their property. Please follow the supplied instructions carefully.

Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, videos, artwork images, branding, logos and other original content on this website belong to Crafted Gift House or are used with permission.

You may browse and use the website for personal shopping purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, use it for unlawful activity, or submit false, fraudulent or misleading information.

Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, social media platforms and delivery providers. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crafted Gift House is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
