Artwork prices shown on our website are for the artwork only. Shipping is not included in the listed product price and is payable by the purchaser.
Orders within Australia are generally dispatched for delivery within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated to you.
Where available, orders are sent with signature on delivery for added protection.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied at checkout is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel where a signature is required.
Once your order is delivered and signed for, please inspect it promptly. Any visible damage or fault should be reported to Crafted Gift House within 24 hours of signed delivery, together with photographs of the artwork and packaging.
International shipping may be available depending on the destination. Delivery times and shipping charges vary according to location.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply in their country.
