Crafted Gift House — Returns & Refunds
Each Crafted Gift House artwork is individually handcrafted and created with care. Because our pieces are handmade and not mass-produced, slight variations in texture, placement, colour and finish are part of the character of the artwork and are not considered faults.
Change of mind
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, including where a customer changes their mind about the artwork, colour, size or suitability for a particular space.
Damaged or faulty items
Please inspect your artwork as soon as it is delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have a fault, please contact Crafted Gift House within 24 hours of signed delivery.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the artwork, packaging and any visible damage.
Please keep all original packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
Where an item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Handcrafted variations
Every Crafted Gift House piece is handmade. Small differences in texture, resin, stones, glass, embellishment placement and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted artwork and make each piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Colour, lighting and appearance
The appearance of an artwork may change depending on lighting, viewing angle, screen settings and surrounding colours.
We photograph our pieces under different lighting conditions wherever possible. Product videos provide the most accurate representation of the artwork’s texture, reflective details, dimension and response to light.
Please review all available photographs, videos, measurements and product information carefully before purchasing.
